Heat treatments

On most of our products it’s necessary to perform a heat treatment to ensure hardness classes of the material not reachable by only work hardening during the forming phase. Therefore Sater relies on qualified suppliers to perform all the reclamation operations from class 8.8 to 12.9. We can also provide more specific treatments such as carbonitriding and induction hardening. As regards the annealing treatment, the company can perform in house this processing, having adopted a furnace dedicated to this process.
