Thanks to its experience, SATER contributes to solving the Customer’s technical/financial problems, providing assistance during the product design phase.
Experimentation
Thanks also to the presence of a strong tool department, SATER is able to quickly create new products to be tested with the Customer. The above is also possible in the raw materials warehouse and the drawing department. |

Finished products warehouse
In order to ensure a prompt delivery service, which can cope well even under unexpected circumstances presented by the Customer, SATER has a finished products warehouse which Customers can access on-line, placing orders by computer.
Equipment
Software which simulates cold morphing, together with CAD 3D, the PC network for Management and the measuring laboratory, ensures rapid, efficient service and high quality. |

Moulding
Over 40 presses installed, some of which have several stations, are able to carry out cold or semi-hot moulding of traditional or “special” parts to Customer design, and these may be threaded or cut.

Washing
The systems installed enable cleaning and polishing, where necessary, of the parts produced, in both dry and damp conditions, both with traditional washing cycles and specific customised cycles in industrial washing machines.

Heat treatments
The automatic controlled furnace enables every kind of treatment (to customer requirements), with annealing and tempering for the stretching of the fibres. Special heat treatments such as carbonitriding, austempering, tempering and induction tempering, etc., are contracted out to specialised and qualified suppliers.

Surface treatments
Various kinds of galvanising, mechanical galvanising, coppering, tinning, brassing, nickeling, silvering, Teflon coating, passivation and application of thread locks, etc. are carried out by specialised and qualified suppliers |

Selection
In order to guarantee better quality during delivery to the Customer, we have an innovative, 100% automatic selection machine, which uses horizontal cameras (for the dimensional profile, with inspection rotating through 360°) and vertical cameras (to detect any cracks and/or presence of foreign bodies). |

Packaging
The products can be packaged in bags or boxes in various sizes, with the logo and set of customised information as requested by the Customer
