25/02/2010: Today, with our specialization concern special screws, we can produce very special component with complex thread and design, starting from small to big diameters.
21/06/2006: After along and debilitating job of studying and tests, the Sater stubborn has succeeded to produce for an important firm, an item Ř2x40 in stainless steel 304 with a finish roughness of 0,07Ra [ µm]... value of reference also for a lapping surface!.
27/02/2006: a new item has been developed and supplied to a our customer of international reputation: leaving from a complex double-material rivet, through the aid of our experience and the advances systems calculation we have (Material Flow, CAD, FEM and forging simulations...), we have been in a position to producing a fastener in integral steel, completely printed and ended in machine. An optimal result, considering the remarkable complexity of the item.
18/10/2005: Making followed to the request of the market, with timeliness we penetrated in the world of the leather shop. Also in this case we we’ve been able to find valid alternatives to the "difficultly findable " rivets for aesthetic employment (for example rivets made by tape): we have planned, developed and we are currently supplying rivets with many “strange” heads.
09/03/2004: From co-design with an important Italian Customer we have conceived a special pan which is currently enjoying considerable success on the United Stats market. Following this joint project, SATER now produces a specially shaped rivet to solve the problems discovered by the Customer’s engineering department since the initial use of traditional rivets.
